Oasis Property Management was very responsive to all our requests and inquiries. Whenever there was a maintenance issue with the property we were renting, there was an immediate response and a follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. At the termination of our contract with Oasis Property Management, a fair assessment was conducted of the rental for wear and tear and our remaining deposit was returned to us within weeks of our departure, without any issues. In the many years of renting all over the work, Oasis Property Management has been the best by far. Highly, highly recommended.

Stoner’s performance. My name is Joab, and this is my brief story. Three years ago, I want in a very tight situation. I had signed a 12 month lease with my property management, who I was with for 6 years prior to Oasis. Three months into the lease and 5 days before Christmas, I was told that someone had bought the place and I had to be out in 5 days. They had signed a 12 month lease with me knowing the property was already foreclosed on. There were no businesses open or willing to help me due to Christmas being so close. I called Oasis and Tim Stoner agreed to meet me in his office. Mr. Stoner actually got me a place when no one else could and saved me from being on the streets during the Holidays. Not only did Mr. Stoner help me, then he was also solely responsible for heling me buy my first home, the home he helped me rent. Tim responds to concerns I might have and handles each situation as requested in a timely manner. He is kind gentlemen, compassionate, and professional. My family was very impressed to meet him last year and while I live in another state, it’s often hard for me to know what’s going on. He’s quick to ease my worries and has saved me costly repairs when he can bring in his local and experienced team. My tenants have good things to say about him too which is important, I feel he truly works as I my money is his money. His vast knowledge of the Tucson real estate area is very helpful too. Since we traveled so far in order to find a place to live, staying around for a week while a property manager “decided” whether or not we were qualified wasn’t something we could do. There was great peace of mind while we finished packing in our old home, knowing that our new home was securely ours. Maintenance has been quite amazing as well. Whether it’s a minor repair (master shower leak) or a major one, things have been taken care of promptly and efficiently….literally, I could not ask for better! The people at the office have been wonderful combination of personable and professional. They have answered my questions to the best of their abilities. I appreciate all of you very much!

I have rented my home since 2017, and the few times I have had an issue, Oasis has been very quick to respond and resolve the matter. Response times have also been excellent.

I am a renter at one of their properties, and whenever I need something fixed it gets done in a timely manner. Tim has been so kind and always responds to my texts or calls even on weekends. No matter where I move to in the future I will be using Oasis Property Management, as they really care.

We lived in this particular apartment for two years (2018-2020), and they were always friendly and attentive whenever we called with questions or concerns. The apartment we were in had a few maintenance issues, and they were very prompt in addressing them. Their maintenance contractors were very friendly as well, and we feel like good friends with the repair people and with the Tim and Susie. We decided to move away from Tucson due to COVID, or else we would have been happy to live there for another year while I finished school. I highly recommend this management company. If I need to return to Tucson and rent again in the future, I'll start by reaching out to Tim and Susie.

While doing an in person phone and verbal interview I was asked about an issue with a past property I had a rental issue with. After I replied to the question, Tim Stoner seemed to be satisfied with my answer and was in consideration of my response. I was also credit challenged and had no hope of being approved through traditional approval practices as well. And within just (Minutes) I was approved for my rental application. Ultimately, I would call this rental forgiveness and was given this second chance through Tim Stoner at Long Reality (Oasis) Property management Tucson Arizona.After moving into my beautiful rental I had only been there a few days and I locked my keys inside my guesthouse and called Tim Stoner immediately at 5:00 pm. Well Tim was so very understanding and went out of his way and dropped everything and came straight down within minutes to let me in. In today's market rental agents are never this understanding or willing to go to these lengths to help residents and won't make the time to do such things.I am (62) years old and never seen someone be so Kind, Considerate, Understanding and caring towards a resident.
